Sustainable villa project
Project Description
The land area is 400 square meters.
The aim of the project was to build an environmentally friendly villa by taking into account the direction of the wind and the movement of the sun.
Horizontal breakers were placed on the southern façade to prevent sunlight from entering in the summer and to allow it to enter in the winter.
And the vertical breakers on the eastern and western facades.
Utilizing rainwater by storing it in a ground tank and reusing it as gray water.
Evergreen trees have been placed in the north façade to prevent unfavorable winds from entering.
On the south façade are seasonal trees.
And in the eastern and western facades climbing trees.
